In principle, personal information is destroyed without delay after the purpose of collection and use is achieved. However, when it is necessary to preserve information according to the provisions of relevant laws and regulations, the Company retains member information for a certain period as stipulated by relevant laws and regulations as follows.

4. Procedure and Method of Personal Information Destruction

The Company destroys the information without delay after the purpose of personal information collection and use is achieved. The destruction procedure and method are as follows.

Destruction Procedure
Information entered by members for membership registration, etc. is moved to a separate DB (or separate document box in case of paper) after the purpose is achieved, and stored for a certain period according to internal policies and other relevant laws and regulations (refer to retention and use period) before being destroyed.
Personal information moved to a separate DB is not used for purposes other than retention unless required by law.

Destruction Method
Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that cannot reproduce the records.

The Company does not provide users' personal information to external parties in principle. However, exceptions are made in the following cases.

If you request correction of errors in personal information, we will not use or provide the personal information until the correction is completed. Also, if incorrect personal information has already been provided to third parties, we will notify the third parties of the correction results without delay to ensure the correction is made.

The Company processes personal information that has been withdrawn or deleted at the request of users or legal representatives according to the "Retention and Use Period of Personal Information Collected by the Company" and processes it so that it cannot be viewed or used for other purposes.
